Skisle
»Review«
“SKISLE”—A fusion of “sky” and “isle” pronounced [skˈa͡ɪə͡l], depicts a view of Scotland’s Isle of Skye in the Hebrides. I created this work in Brittany, inspired by vacation memories after hiking along the cliffs and reminiscing about past travels.
The photograph captures the sky over Dinard, Brittany, and belongs to the “Playing around with skies” series. The SKY series explores its central theme through three dimensions: visual, textual, and auditory.
