“3rd SEAson” or “Fall” appeared by chance, not to say out of nowhere. I spent some days in Callantsoog in September ’24 and all the sudden the song line “We had joy, we had fun. We had seasons in the sun” (Terry Jacks) appeared in my head. September eqinox was coming up, and I had a picture title and a picture description.

The background is a slightly modified, freely available photograph, and the work is part of the ‘Playing around with Callantsoog waters’ series. The SEA series explores the theme of “SEA” on three levels: visual, written, and sound.
