“It’s Only Clouds” is one of my first “experiments,” my first attempts at using generative AI in creating a work. The male face emerged through this process before being further edited and integrated into the cloud photograph (sky over Dinard, Brittany).

This work explores our tendency to perceive familiar patterns and images in random shapes and structures around us—especially in impossible places.

So: Whatever you might see here, it’s only clouds.
