“A. ..nox”—Annie Lennox, singer with the Eurythmics in the 1980s, solo artist since the early 1990s. Alongside Dolores O’Riordan, she is the second member of my “AFFMs” (absolute favorite female musicians) to whom this short series is dedicated. Her singing, her versatility, and her social and political commitment have impressed me time and again over the years.

The work shows Annie Lennox both in her younger years and at age 60. The color division is intended to reflect her versatility.
