Take a well-known cocktail whose first syllable sound matches the word “sky”, namely “cai”, change the last letter ‘H’ to a ‘J’ (for sound reasons), fuse it with a beautiful reddish sky at sunset and you get the (of course non-alcoholic) “Skypirin(h)ja”.

The photograph is of the sky over Callantsoog, North Holland, and the work is therefore part of the ‘Playing around with Callantsoog skies’ series. The SKY series explores the theme of “SKY” on three levels: visual, written, and sound.
